Diamond Capital Solutions Terms and Conditions

Diamond Capital Solutions provides credit education and consulting services designed to assist clients in understanding and improving their credit profiles. By enrolling in our services, you agree to the following terms:

1. No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee the removal of any specific account, item, or increase in credit score. Outcomes vary based on individual credit history and creditor responses.

2. Services Provided

Our services include reviewing credit reports, identifying potentially inaccurate, outdated, or unverifiable items, and assisting in the dispute process in accordance with applicable laws.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate information, maintain active communication, and complete all required steps including identity verification and credit monitoring enrollment when necessary.

4. Payment Terms

Fees are charged for services rendered. This may include an initial setup fee and/or recurring monthly service fees depending on the selected plan. Payments are due as agreed at the time of enrollment.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the service, fees are non-refundable once services have begun unless otherwise stated in writing.

6. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel services at any time by providing written notice. Cancellation does not entitle the client to a refund for services already performed.

7. Compliance Statement

Diamond Capital Solutions operates in compliance with applicable federal and state laws, including the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA). Clients have the right to cancel within three business days of enrollment as required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use of our services. All services are provided on an as-is basis.

9. Agreement

By enrolling in our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
